Dominika Bojanowska, a Warsaw University alumna (English literature and linguistics, MA), has twenty years’ experience in international publishing. She handles Polish and Eastern European rights for major Anglophone agencies and publishers.
Beata Glinska, a Masurian University alumna (Journalism, BA), brings a wealth of experience across the creative industries in Poland, covering music, dance and literature. She has almost a decade of experience negotiating translation deals for UK and US clients across Eastern Europe. An avid reader of non-fiction, commercial fiction and fantasy. Together with Dominika, she is the founding partner of ANA Kyiv.
Agnieszka Zawistowska entered the world of publishing in 2019 after obtaining a master’s degree in English Philology at the University of Warsaw. She gained her professional experience leading and coordinating administration departments of both AJA Warsaw and AJA France. She joined ANA Kyiv in 2023 as Head of Administration, assuring swift and comprehensive processing of contracts and payments. In her spare time Agnieszka enjoys reading contemporary fiction and reportage. When she’s not working or reading, you can spot her at the gym, by the lakeshore or in the woods.
Maja Kowalczyk is a University of Warsaw ASC alumna (MA in American culture studies). She worked in project management in translation industry for multiple years, before joining ANA Kyiv in September 2025. A coffee and music addict, she particularly enjoys fiction with all kinds of dark themes.
Agnieszka Żak, a Warsaw University alumna (Library and Information Science, MA), has previously worked as a writer in game dev and a proofreader for major polish publishers and small, non-profit projects alike. She joined ANA Kyiv in September 2025. Loves to read both science fiction and non-fiction.
